UNMC offers access to Upwards, a child care network with 24/7 dedicated support.
Benefits-eligible UNMC employees have access to the Upwards platform and network at no cost.
Upwards connects families with licensed home child care providers, babysitters, nannies and backup care. Dedicated care managers work with employees to find child care options (including weekend, nighttime and backup care) based on their price range, location and preferences.
