Engage Wellness is not your typical gym. We benefit from being affiliated with UNMC, a leading academic health sciences center and use physical activity and health education to help prevent and treat chronic disease. We specialize in medical fitness and whole-person wellness. Each of our participants receives a fitness/balance assessment and an individualized fitness program designed by a degreed exercise science professional.

Membership Fee
Individual $50/month plus tax | Couple* $80/month plus tax

- Unlimited use of cardio and strength equipment during our regular hours
- Follow-up assessments to check your progress
