Kendra L. Ratnapradipa, PhD, MSW
Kendra L. Ratnapradipa, PhD, MSW, is an assistant professor in the Department of Epidemiology in the UNMC College of Public Health and director of the department’s DrPH program. She serves on the Nebraska Cancer Registry Advisory Committee and is a member of the Nebraska Cancer Alliance contributing to the Survivorship Workgroup.
Previously, Dr. Ratnapradipa was an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Public Health of the New York Medical College School of Health Sciences and Practice. She was a postdoctoral fellow in the Center for Injury Research & Policy of the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Ratnapradipa’s research focuses on cancer health disparities from screening through survivorship. Aspects of her research include neighborhood deprivation, social determinants or drivers of health, healthcare access and utilization and geographic medical accessibility through studies of driving distance and travel time using GIS methods and survey research.
