Kaeli Samson is a statistician in the UNMC College of Public Health Department of Biostatistics.
She joined UNMC in 2016 after serving as a data analyst/graduate assistant at the Nebraska Coalition for Patient Safety, an adjunct instructor at the College of Saint Mary and as a research associate/technician at Creighton University.

Kaeli Samson is interested in working on quality improvement and clinical research projects, which she does often through the Graduate Medical Education Research Collaborative. She also likes analyzing electronic medical records data and helping researchers create and disseminate surveys. She enjoys data visualization, particularly with the use of geographic information science software, where she can create maps to help investigators tell a story using their spatial data. She also likes teaching material on the topics of GIS, structured query language, and SAS programming.
