Research interests
Dr. Shope has been teaching online since 2006.  His research interests are in the area of teaching with technology especially distance learning and also the ways in mixed methods and qualitative research designs are used in Translational Health Science and health professions education.  He enjoys working with faculty and students on a wide variety of projects as a research consultant and methodologist.
