Brandy Buscher is the Co-Director of BHECN Southwest and Student Services Coordinator at Educational Service Unit 16 (ESU 16), serving school districts across rural west-central Nebraska. She brings more than two decades of experience supporting students, families and schools through education, behavioral health and community partnerships. Her work focuses on removing barriers to student success, supporting mental health needs and connecting families with local resources. Brandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
