Feedback Options
We are always thrilled to hear that we have made a positive impact on a family's life, but the greatest compliment we can receive is when patients share their positive experiences with others. We invite you to share your experience by leaving a Google Review.
Patient feedback boxes are available for families and caregivers to leave notes for providers, staff or the MMI Director. Anonymous feedback is accepted, but please understand that this can make it is difficult to properly address concerns.
Find patient feedback boxes located inside Munroe-Meyer Institute:
- 1st floor: Main entrance (east), on the wall east of the coffee shop.
- 1st floor: Recreational Therapy entrance (south).
- 1st floor: Severe Behavior entrance (west).
- 2nd floor: Outside the patient elevator on the north tiled wall.
- 3rd floor: Outside the patient elevator on the north tiled wall.
We think it's vital to recognize the exceptional individuals who make MMI a one-of-a-kind health care facility.
If you've come across someone at MMI who went above and beyond with their actions, words, or service, please send us an email. We would love to share your happiness with them and their supervisor.
MMI uses social media to engage with, listen to, and serve as a trusted resource to our community.
