    Learn how the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of your student education records.
  - Log In to MyRecords
    Log in to MyRecords and review instructions for accessing MyRecords.
- - Update Personal Information
    Access forms for changing personal information, including name, social security number, NUID, gender identity and pronouns, and emergency contacts.
  - Request an Official Transcript
    Submit requests for duplicate diplomas, official transcripts, and state licensures and verifications.
  - Enrollment
    View instructions for enrolling in classes in MyRecords.
  - Intercampus/Change of Campus
    Apply for Intercampus Enrollment or submit a Change of Campus application
- - Commencement
    Make plans for you and your guests to attend live commencement ceremonies at UNMC.
  - Access Digital Diploma
    UNMC provides a digital version of your diploma to make it easy to share your accomplishments with family, friends, and potential employers
  - State Licensure
    State Licensures are available at no charge.
  - Request a Duplicate Diploma
    Duplicate diplomas are available through submission of a request form. Diplomas are mailed and take 3-4 weeks for printing and delivery.
