  - Log In to MyRecords
    Log in to MyRecords and review instructions for accessing MyRecords.
- - Update Personal Information
    Access forms for changing personal information, including name, social security number, NUID, gender identity and pronouns, and emergency contacts.
  - Request an Official Transcript
    Submit requests for duplicate diplomas, official transcripts, and state licensures and verifications.
  - Enrollment
    View instructions for enrolling in classes in MyRecords.
  - Intercampus/Change of Campus
    Apply for Intercampus Enrollment or submit a Change of Campus application
- - Commencement
    Make plans for you and your guests to attend live commencement ceremonies at UNMC.
  - Access Digital Diploma
    UNMC provides a digital version of your diploma to make it easy to share your accomplishments with family, friends, and potential employers
  - State Licensure
    State Licensures are available at no charge.
  - Request a Duplicate Diploma
    Duplicate diplomas are available through submission of a request form. Diplomas are mailed and take 3-4 weeks for printing and delivery.

  Learn about loan repayment and the loan exit counseling process for students who are graduating, withdrawing or taking a leave of absence

- Health & Wellness Overview
- Student Health Clinics & Services
  All UNMC students who pay Fund B have access to a student health clinic. Find the clinic for your campus and learn about covered services. Find information about immediate and emergency care, specialty care, and how to report blood/bodily fluid exposure.
- Student Health Insurance
  Learn more about the UNMC-sponsored student health insurance plan. If you have your own plan through a parent, spouse, employer, or self, find information about waiving UNMC plan coverage.
- Immunizations
  The UNMC immunization requirements work towards ensuring the health and safety across the entire UNMC community of patients, faculty, students and visitors. Learn about the required immunizations for UNMC students and visiting scholars. Find information about submitting immunization documentation.
- Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)
  Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides free and confidential mental wellness and other support services for all UNMC students as they pursue their academic and career goals. Services are divided into two branches: CAPS Clinical (mental health and wellness services) and CAPS OAR (outreach, access, and resources) support services for specific needs within the student population.

  A variety of fitness and recreation programs and resources are available to UNMC students. Learn about the facilities available for your campus.
- Wellness, Safety, & More
  Participate in programs and services to support your wellness, including music and medicine groups, professional development events, and peer support programs. Find information about campus safety, food pantries, the Ombuds program and more.

    If you have a temporary or permanent physical, psychological, sensory, or learning disability, you may be eligible for reasonable accommodations.
  - Faculty/Staff Resources
    Resources for faculty and staff who serve students who identify themselves as having physical, psychological, sensory, or learning disabilities.
- - Public Safety
    Public Safety enforces all University and Nebraska Medicine regulations. Call 402-559-5555 to report an emergency on campus 24/7.
  - Title IX
    Title IX applies to all educational institutions, both public and private, that receive federal funds. Know your rights and file a complaint with UNMC
  - Student CARE Team
    The Student CARE Team focuses on prevention and early intervention in situations involving students experiencing distress or engaging in harmful behaviors.
  - Non-Discrimination and Bias Reporting
    The university receives and responds to all reports of bias incidents that have been experienced or witnessed.

    The Maverick Food Pantry supports the dietary and personal hygiene needs of UNO and UNMC students.
