How to Register

 

To register for TravelSmart, complete the following:

1. Click on your respective registration link below.
2. You will be prompted to log in using your existing user ID and password for UNMC or Nebraska Medicine. Nebraska Medicine employees need to check the “Olympus ID box” under the username and password fields when logging in.
   1. If you have not already done so, you will see a screen prompting you to enter "NetID Secondary Notification.” This is a security measure put in place by ITS and needs to be completed once. Once completed, you will be taken to the correct webpage. If you have already done this, you will not see the screen again.
3. An Employee Services or Student Services page will pop up. Click on “TravelSmart" in the black menu bar at the top.
4. At this point, you will be routed to the official registration page for TravelSmart. Select the mode(s) of your choice and follow prompts on screen.

At this time, the TravelSmart program is available to staff and students from UNMC, Nebraska Medicine and Clarkson College who primarily work or study at the 42nd & Dewey campus or at the Munroe-Meyer Institute. In the future, this program may be made available to other staff and students.

Individuals choosing the print version will need to submit their registration form via interoffice mail to TravelSmart at campus zip 5001 or email TravelSmart.

At the current time, students from Clarkson College can only register for TravelSmart by completing a print version of the registration form.
