Biography

Suzanne Nuss, MBA, PhD, RN, CENP is the Chief Nursing Officer for Nebraska Medicine. Dr. Nuss has over 39 years of nursing experience including 25 years in pediatric oncology and 14 years in nursing administration. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center (ADN and PhD), Syracuse University (BSN), Seton Hall University (MSN), and University of Colorado (MBA). She is a member of the Nebraska Medicine Board of Directors and the Vizient Chief Nursing Officer Steering Committee. Dr. Nuss is the Associate Dean for Nebraska Medicine Nursing for which she is strengthens the academic-clinical partnership between the UNMC College of Nursing and Nebraska Medicine. Originally from New Jersey, she and her husband have enjoyed calling Omaha home for over 25 years.
