
42-year-old female presents with this asymptomatic lesion.
History of the lesion:
- Lesion has grown over a few years.
- It was previously removed maybe a couple of years ago.
Oral examination:
- 9 x 5 x 2 mm well defined pink nodule with smooth surface located on the facial gingival margin of #9.
Differential diagnosis includes:
- Peripheral odontogenic fibroma
- Pyogenic granuloma
- Peripheral ossifying fibroma
- Metastatic carcinoma
- Peripheral fibroma
