Professional Bio
Godsey began working at the Munroe-Meyer Institute in 2002 at age 16, continuing through college in the Recreational Therapy Program. From 2011 to 2014, Godsey worked as a Behavioral Technician and later as a Behavior Analyst I in the Severe Behavior Program, gaining extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with severe behavioral challenges. In 2014, Godsey transitioned to an administrative role as Clinical Authorization Representative, and in 2023 became Specialty Services Operations Supervisor within MMI’s Patient Information Office. Having seen the system’s gaps, family struggles, and access barriers firsthand, Godsey pursued a Master of Social Work degree and now serves as an Advanced Social Worker in the Care Coordination Program.
