Professional Bio
Dietrich joined the Department of Education and Child Development at the Munroe-Meyer Institute in 2018 as a Program Evaluator. She has been in her current role of Assistant Project Director since 2023. She supports evaluation and data collection for various projects. She also conducts classroom observations and child assessments for program improvement in schools in the Omaha area. Dietrich has more than 30 years of experience working with children, families and teachers. Her prior experience includes teaching preschool and directing early childhood education centers, overseeing program operations and development. In addition, she has worked as a coach and trainer, supporting teachers who serve children from infancy through school age in early learning environments.
Dietrich provides consultation and program evaluation through the Department of Education and Child Development at Munroe-Meyer Institute.
