Professional Bio
Volz joined the Munroe-Meyer Institute’s Department of Education and Child Development as a Program Evaluator in 2023. She performs classroom observations and child assessments for program improvement in early childcare centers and schools across Nebraska. Volz has more than 16 years of experience working in education. Prior to working as a program evaluator, Volz worked as a high school EL teacher in Omaha Public Schools. She has also worked abroad as an EFL teacher in the Dominican Republic and as an ESL elementary teacher in Bellevue Public Schools. She received her master’s degree in education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2022.
