Professional Bio
Howery earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she discovered her passion for working with individuals with disabilities while serving as a respite caregiver through a local agency. After graduating, she worked as a Registered Behavior Technician in the feeding department, where she confirmed her passion for the field. She later completed her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis through a joint program between the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She currently works as a case manager in the Pediatric Feeding Disorders program and specializes in the assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders.
Howery provides patient care services in the Department of Pediatric Feeding Disorders at Munroe-Meyer Institute.
