Professional Bio

Noel received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nebraska in 2021. She pursued graduate training through the School Psychology program at Indiana University, where she obtained her Master of Science in School Psychology in 2023 and her Education Specialist degree (EdS) in School Psychology in 2024. As part of her graduate training, Noel completed practicum and internship experiences in both rural and urban school districts in Indiana and Nebraska.

Noel’s professional career has centered on psychoeducational and diagnostic evaluation, early intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Prior to joining the Munroe-Meyer Institute, she worked as a school psychologist serving children from birth to five, with a focus on early intervention services, Individualized Family Service Plan development, and collaboration with service coordinators and families. She also served as an elementary school psychologist, where she supported and led district teams focused on academics, behavioral support, social skills, and mental health. In these roles, Noel regularly facilitated multidisciplinary team meetings, contributed to eligibility and intervention planning, and supported special education processes. Clinically, she is interested in the assessment of autism spectrum disorder, early identification and intervention, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
