Maggie Boruff

Maggie Boruff, MMN, RD, LMNT, is a registered dietician and licensed medical nutrition therapist in the Department of Clinical Services at the Munroe-Meyer Institute.

Professional Bio

Boruff provides nutrition care that supports the unique needs and goals of each client. Boruff has a special interest in working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, helping to navigate nutrition challenges with compassion and evidence-based guidance. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where clients and their families feel understood, empowered, and confident in making sustainable changes that improve health and well-being.

Boruff provides patient care services at the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute Department of Clinical Services and the Department of Pediatric Feeding Disorders.
