Garrett Nathan, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist and the supervisor of Outpatient Pediatric Services at the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Munroe-Meyer Institute in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology.

Professional Bio
Nathan joined the Munroe-Meyer Institute in 2021 with previous experience in acute inpatient and outpatient settings with both pediatric and adult populations. Clinically, he specializes in speech sound and motor speech disorders, fluency, autism spectrum disorder, receptive/expressive language disorders, and augmentative and alternative communication. He is committed to evidence-based practice, integrating innovative intervention approaches to support communication development in individuals with complex communication needs.
Beyond his clinical work, Nathan has been actively involved in professional advocacy and mentorship. He previously served on the Committee on Leadership Cultivation and represented Nebraska speech-language pathologists on the Committee of Ambassadors for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Additionally, he was the Vice President for Membership of the Nebraska Speech-Language-Hearing Association, supporting professional engagement and development within the field.
Nathan provides patient care services at the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute Department of Speech-Language Pathology.
