Professional Bio

Kitsmiller provides speech and language services in the Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders and the RiteCare Clinic of Omaha at MMI. Prior to joining the MMI team, Kitsmiller completed her Master’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. At UNL, her research examined augmentative and alternative communication and  individuals with autism spectrum disorder with particular focus on communicating emotions.
