Professional Bio
Jansen was originally a member of the Munroe-Meyer Institute working as a Registered Behavior Technician at the Autism Care for Toddlers Clinic. She spent 5 years working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as her clinical interest in the field of speech and language grew. Following the completion of her Masters programs, allowing for professional development in both Applied Behavior Analysis and Speech-Language Pathology, she returned to MMI and now focuses on providing integrated speech and language services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in applied behavior analysis programs and individual outpatient services.
Jansen’s research interests include enhancing interdisciplinary collaborations between speech-language pathologists and behavior analysts, augmentative and alternative communication, and tailored services to best support neurologically diverse individuals and families.
