Professional Bio

Yaw currently serves adults and adolescents in the outpatient setting at Nebraska Medicine-Bellevue Medical Center and Munroe-Meyer Institute. She joined the team in December of 2022 after working across the United States in adult neurogenic and voice rehab for organizations including M-Health (Minnesota), UW-Health (Wisconsin), and University of Maryland, primarily in the outpatient setting with additional experience in acute care and inpatient brain injury rehabilitation. She enjoys working together with individuals and their care partners to develop the most functional and evidence-based evaluation and treatment plans. She mentors student speech-language pathologists and guest lectures for undergraduate and graduate courses.
