Alyssa Nordby, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CDCES
Dr. Alyssa Nordby graduated from Union College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. Her clinical experience includes working as a registered nurse at Faith Regional Health Services ICU/IMCU in Norfolk, Nebraska. She then worked as an RN-Patient Educator at Faith Regional Physician Services Endocrinology where she became a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice-Family Practice in 2022. Her DNP Scholarly Project explored antimicrobial resistance in pediatric primary care. Dr. Nordby is also certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She has always enjoyed providing education for patients and is excited to provide education to students as well.
