Kristine M. Benda , MSN, RN, APRN-NP

Kristine Benda teaches in the Graduate Pediatric Acute Care and Primary Care Program at UNMC College of Nursing, West Nebraska Division. In addition, she practices at Box Butte General Hospital, as a part of her faculty practice agreement.

She received a BSN in 2007 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and an MSN in 2011 from Creighton University.

She is certified as a CPNP-AC from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and PNP-BC from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is currently a Ph.D. student at UNMC and a proud recipient of the Jonas Scholarship 2024-2026.
