Amber Donnelly, PhD, MPH, SCT(ASCP)

As the Associate Dean of Student Affairs in the College of Allied Health Professions, Dr. Donnelly oversees the office of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. The office is responsible for marketing, recruitment, admission, enrollment, onboarding, student success and wellness, engagement, events, career services, and much more.

Dr. Donnelly is also a professor in the Master of Diagnostic Cytology Program. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of the Cytology Program for 20 years.

She currently serves as the Chair of the Cytotechnology Programs Review Committee, which oversees the accreditation of all Cytology Programs in the United States. In addition, she also chairs or serves on numerous national Cytology, University of Nebraska Medical Center, and College of Allied Health Professions committees.
