UNMC Kearney

Through a joint project with the University of Nebraska at Kearney, UNMC educates physicians, pharmacists, public health, nursing and allied health professionals in rural Nebraska.

The Douglas A. Kristensen Rural Health Education Complex also offers professional development, training and continuing education opportunities for existing health care workers and support research that improves the lives of Nebraskans.

The building joins the Health Science Education Complex, where nursing and allied health professions programs have been offered.

UNK also offers bachelor's degrees and pre-professional programs for preparation for further studies at UNMC.
