Professional Bio

Harbert obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of South Florida before moving to Tucson for graduate school, where she completed her master's in genetic counseling at the University of Arizona. She joined the department in 2025 and provides genetic counseling for pediatric patients in a variety of clinics.

Harbert provides patient care services at UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute Department of Genetic Medicine.
