Professional Bio

 

Lafo is a pediatric outpatient therapist who provides speech and language services in the Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders, the RiteCare Clinic of Omaha at MMI, and the Severe Behavior department. Lafo has been part of the MMI Speech Pathology team since January 2024, beginning as an extern and then completing a LEND clinical fellowship.

Lafo also completed behavior analytic coursework and practicum training at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. One of her professional goals is to become a dual-certified speech-language pathologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, so she can maximize her collaborations and provide the best care to her patients and families.
