Key Deadlines
Faculty members will notify the Promotion and Tenure committee chairperson in writing of the intent to apply for promotion and/or tenure and your area of accomplishment by level in the year prior to when action regarding promotion and/or tenure will be deliberated.
This should have been discussed with your supervisor and acknowledged on this form prior to submission.
Faculty members will provide a list of names with contact information of individuals who have expertise in their areas of accomplishment and will complete the Contact Information for External Reviewers and submit to the committee chair.
