Prepare to lead meaningful change across today’s complex healthcare environment. The MSN in Transformational Leadership in Healthcare prepares nurses to become innovative, strategic leaders equipped to influence people, organizations, communities, and systems. The curriculum develops essential leadership competencies in transformational leadership, workforce and organizational leadership, financial and healthcare operations, quality improvement, strategic decision-making, and communication while integrating emerging areas such as artificial intelligence and data-informed leadership, emergency preparedness, and rural health systems. 

Graduates are prepared for leadership opportunities across diverse settings, including hospitals and health systems, rural and community healthcare organizations, ambulatory and long-term care, public health, academia, healthcare administration, and other organizations where nursing leadership can make an impact.
