To meet the EPA regulations of chemical labeling, templates are available for laboratories to print and use within their laboratories. If you have any questions regarding chemical labels, please contact EHS at (402) 559-6356.
The chemical labeling templates are designed for easy printing on Avery 5163, 2” x 4” label. An alternative is Avery 5523, 2” x 4”, weather-proof (more durable) label.
When selecting a template, please make sure you are using the Chemical Waste Label Template for labeling all chemical waste collection containers.
