This conference is dedicated to providing education on excellence in care when serving gender-diverse patients and clients. The conference is hosted by an interdisciplinary committee of professionals in the gender care field.

  • Parking: Complimentary parking is available for conference attendees.
  • Lodging: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omaha Marriott (10220 Regency Circle, Omaha, NE 68114) at the group rate of $120 per night, plus applicable taxes. Reservations may be made online or by calling 402-339-9000 and requesting the 2023 Gender Care in the Heartland conference block rate. The last day for reservations to receive this group discount is Oct. 18, 2023. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Requirements for Successful Completion

In order to receive continuing education credits, you must:

  1. Check in at the registration desk and attend the live activity.
  2. Complete the online evaluation via the UNMC MyCCE portal.
    • Use the appropriate activity code provided to you through email to evaluate the conference and claim your credit. 


You have until Nov. 29, 2023, to claim credit for this activity. You will need to complete the evaluation and attest to the time you spent participating in the activity. Your certificate will be saved in your UNMC MyCCE account under Certificates & Transcripts.
