Regularly Scheduled Series/Grand Rounds
The UNMC Center for Continuing Education accredits a number of Regularly Scheduled Series that are primarily planned and presented to UNMC/Nebraska Medicine professional staff.
An RSS is defined as an activity that is planned to have:
- a series with multiple sessions
- occurs on an ongoing basis (offered weekly, monthly, or quarterly)
- are primarily planned by and presented to the accredited organization's professional staff
Examples of RSS activities are Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards, Case Conferences, and M&M Conferences.
Accredited RSS activities are designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
