- Explore the transformative role of technology in modern oncology, encompassing Artificial Intelligence integration in radiotherapy practices, advancements in medical image analysis, and its impact on personalized treatment approaches.
- Investigate innovative radiation techniques such as proton FLASH and stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), focusing on mechanisms of action and their potential applications across different cancer types.
- Examine strategies for effective patient communication and education, including eLearning, simulation-based training, and the role of global health rotations in residency programs for fostering cultural competency and enhancing patient care.
- Evaluate the evolving landscape of cancer diagnosis, with a spotlight on the application of AI in brain tumor detection and characterization.
- Discuss contemporary approaches to the management of various malignancies, including early-stage non-small cell lung cancer, renal masses, and prostate cancer risk stratification through radiomics.
- Explore the multidisciplinary nature of cancer treatment, with insights into the roles and responsibilities of healthcare professionals in delivering comprehensive care at community cancer centers.
- Identify current and emerging surgical and radiotherapy strategies for soft tissue sarcoma management.
- Review the latest advancements in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma, including Y90 radioembolization, SBRT, and immunotherapy.
