  1. Outline strategies for managing anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapy in common clinical scenarios. 
  2. Explain the appropriate indications for using reversal agents in the management of gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding.
  3. Identify when and if to temporarily interrupt medications.
