At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be better able to:

  1. Evaluate the classification and criteria for diagnostic entities in surgical pathology and cytology.
  2. Identify immunohistochemical stains and molecular tools that may aid the diagnosis-making process.
  3. Describe approaches in dealing with difficult cases and issues in current practice.
This accredited continuing education activity is designed for practicing pathologists, fellows, residents, and students.
