2024 Nebraska Antimicrobial Stewardship Summit

This Summit will highlight the importance of antimicrobial stewardship and focus on implementation strategies to promote facility-wide incorporation and improved antimicrobial use and patient outcomes.

Summit Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be better able to:

  1. Facilitate discussions on the impact of antibiotic stewardship interventions, including patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and reduction in antibiotic resistance.
  2. Promote evidence-based information to help health care professionals make informed decisions about antibiotic treatment.
  3. Foster collaboration among health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators, to strengthen antimicrobial stewardship efforts.

Registration Fees 

The registration fee to join this continuing education activity is $99. Online registration is open until Tuesday, May 21. Register early. Space is limited!

Please note: Once online registration is closed, you will only be able to register on-site for the walk-in fee of $150. Walk-in registrations will only be accepted if space is available; meals are not guaranteed.

 

Cancel/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please email conted@unmc.edu no later than May 21, 2024. There is a $25 processing fee for cancellations made by May 21. Cancellations made after this date and registrants who fail to attend are responsible for the full registration fee.
