Registration Fees
- $25 for physicians and APPs
(This fee is waived if you submit a scary case before registering for the conference. The deadline to submit a scary case is Oct. 16.) - Free for nurses, residents, medical students, and other health care professionals.
The deadline to register is Oct. 30.

Payment Options
Credit/Debit Card: Credit and debit card payments are accepted. A $3 non-refundable processing fee applies to conference registrations.
E-Check/ACH Transfer: Electronic check (ACH) payments are strongly recommended. This option works well for individual registrants and institutions. Please note, ACH incurs a nominal fee of 0.1% of the transaction amount with a maximum of $5.

Cancel/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to registrationCCE@unmc.edu no later than Oct. 30, 2026. No refunds will be given after this date.
