Join us for two days of cutting-edge education at the State of the Heart: 3rd Annual Heart and Vascular Conference, where leading experts in cardiovascular medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular care will present the latest advancements in diagnosis, treatment, and technology. Attendees will benefit from expert-led lectures, interactive Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities.

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Integrate current diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for the evaluation and management of heart failure, cardiomyopathies, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, including advanced pharmacologic, device-based, and surgical interventions.
- Identify emerging technologies and procedural innovations in electrophysiology, cardiovascular imaging, interventional cardiology, and structural heart interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based, multidisciplinary approaches for the assessment and management of complex cardiovascular emergencies, incorporating the appropriate use of mechanical circulatory support systems.
- Incorporate best practices and evolving evidence into the surgical management of vascular and cardiothoracic conditions, including advanced endovascular, hybrid, and open repair techniques.

If you need to cancel your registration, please email registrationCCE@unmc.edu no later than Oct. 3, 2025. There is a $30 processing fee for cancellations made by Oct. 3. Cancellations made after this date and registrants who fail to attend are responsible for the full registration fee.
