A Rapid-Fire Mentorship Experience for Early-Career Physicians

Program Overview

This dynamic mentoring event connects early-career physicians with nationally recognized lymphoma experts for focused one-on-one mentoring conversations designed to accelerate career development. 

This initiative supports the next generation of lymphoma specialists by fostering early mentorship, career exploration, and community building. Offered for in-person attendees only, with limited spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How It Works

• Each participant rotates through three 10-minute mentoring sessions with different experts
• After 10 minutes of discussion, participants transition to the next mentor

Eligibility

Open to:

• Fellows and residents in hematology-oncology training programs
• Junior faculty within five years of completing a fellowship

Not eligible:

• Pharmaceutical representatives or industry affiliates
