Summer 2026 Schedule

The Summer 2026 season begins on June 1 with leagues playing on Monday nights, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The registration deadline is Friday, May 15 or when the 8-team limit is reached.

League Play

Length of Season: 9 weeks, Monday nights (June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and July 6, 13, 20, 27)

Location: Aksarben Village Sand Volleyball Courts

Divisions: Coed recreation, 8-team limit

Length of games: Teams will play two 30-minute matches

Team Composition: 6 x 6

Team Registration Fee: $120.00

Participants: Intramural sand volleyball teams must be composed of fewer than half of non-UNMC/Nebraska Medicine individuals. Registration for new teams is closed, but existing teams may register new players.
