Research Interests
As a Professor of Practice, research translates into project development for scholarship of teaching and learning to create and utilize evidence-based student learning approaches. Additionally, mentoring students in navigating their undergraduate and graduate education, creating community health and wellness curriculum, and coordinating experiential learning all within community nutrition, health promotion, and nutrition and health sciences.
