Full-Time Staff Positions

Clinical Education Associate (Located in Kearney, Neb.)

Under the direction of the Physician Assistant Program Director, and working closely with other CAHP Directors of Clinical Education, process clinical site affiliation agreements, review for accreditation and legal requirements, and recommend appropriate revisions.

Ensure all necessary documents are completed efficiently and with compliance to standards, manage routine communications and resources with developing clinical rotation sites, and coordinate student and preceptor communications and assignments.

Physical Therapy Faculty - Rank DOQ

The Physical Therapy Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in the College of Allied Health Professions (CAHP) Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is seeking a dynamic research faculty member to join its team. The 17 current core faculty members in the Physical Therapy Program are experienced researchers and clinicians who bring their expertise and enthusiasm to the research lab and classroom. This faculty position is primarily focused on scholarly activity and research but involves some teaching and service. Requirements include an earned academic doctorate degree and current or history of extramural funding. For healthcare practitioners with a valid license, there is an option for clinical practice in accordance with UNMC and CAHP policies and procedures.

Respiratory Therapy Program Faculty - Rank DoQ

The faculty member will provide teaching and may include clinical instruction to the students on both the Omaha and Kearney campuses, assist in PBL, clinical skills, simulation, support, and evaluation of students enrolled in the Respiratory Therapy Program. Build and sustain community partnerships in support of clinical education and outreach activities. Assist the program director with the day-to-day administration of the program, including recruiting, admissions, accreditation support, and advising processes.
