The AI in Health Conference brings together faculty, students, and staff from all University of Nebraska campuses, Nebraska Medicine, and Children’s Nebraska to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the health sciences.
This free, one-day conference highlights innovative applications of AI in education, research, and clinical care, showcasing the latest advances through digital and print poster presentations and featuring a keynote speaker. Attendees will gain practical insights, learn strategies for engaging with AI technologies, and discover opportunities to collaborate across disciplines.
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Evaluate the role of AI in health care.
- Analyze innovative AI applications.
- Collaborate across disciplines to create solutions.
- Examine ethical and practical considerations.
Keynote Speaker
Ryan Lee, MD, MBA, is Chair of the Department of Radiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Plenary Session Speaker
Ben Armstrong, PhD, is executive director of MIT’s Industrial Performance Center and co-leads the Work of the Future initiative.
