Poster Presentation Information
All poster presenters have been assigned to either a digital poster session or a print poster session. Please review the requirements for your assigned formal below and prepare your materials accordingly.
Digital Poster Presentations
If you have been assigned to a digital poster session, your presentation will be displayed on a large-format screen.
Specifications & Setup
- Display on 55" screens
- Presenters will connect and present from their own devices
- Data connection cords will be provided onsite
- Slides, static images, or looped video presentations are permitted
Important Notes
- Audio is not supported through the display screens
- If your presentation includes audio, it must be played directly from your personal device
- The conference environment may not be suitable for audio playback
Print Poster Presentations
If you have been assigned to a print poster session, you will present a physical poster.
Specifications
- Required size: 48" x 48"
- Posters must be printed in advance and brought with you
Presentation Format
- Prepare a brief 5-minute presentation of your poster
- Be ready to answer questions from attendees following your overview
General Expectations for All Presenters
- All posters must be presented in person
- At least one presenter is required per poster; multiple presenters are welcome
- Presenters are responsible for all costs related to conference attendance
- You are expected to be present at your poster during your assigned session time
- Please arrive early to allow time for setup
- Posters should be designed for clear, concise communication of your work
- Additional logistical details (setup times, locations, etc.) will be shared before the conference
