Larry D. Crouch, PhD

Associate Professor, Department of Oral Biology, UNMC College of Dentistry

Larry D. Crouch, PhD, serves as the course director for Biochemistry for Dental Students (ORBI 545), Critical Thinking I (ORBI 535) and Advanced Oral Biology (ORBI 855). He teaches one-half of the Human Physiology (ORBI 518) course and three sections of the Special Topics in Oral Biology (ORBI 317) course. Dr. Crouch also serves as co-director of the College of Dentistry's student research program.

Dr. Crouch is a test constructor and item writer for the Integrated Board Dental Examination, the Dental Admission Test and the Admission Test for Dental Hygiene. He also serves as a test constructor for the Canadian Dental Admission Test, and the Optometry Admission Test. Dr. Crouch has served as chair and councilor for the American Dental Education Association's Biochemistry, Nutrition Microbiology section and as chair of Integrated Clinical and Applied Biomedical Sciences section.

Dr. Crouch is the recipient of the UNMC College of Dentistry Alumni Association Outstanding Educator Award.
