Amanda Wobido
Amanda Ribeiro Wobido, DDS, MS, is an assistant professor in the Department of Adult Restorative Dentistry at the UNMC College of Dentistry. She teaches simulation, laboratory and didactic courses in dental anatomy, cariology, dental materials and operative dentistry to dental and dental hygiene students. Dr. Wobido develops innovative curricular materials, including instructional videos, e-learning modules and active learning activities, and serves as a mentor for multiple student research projects. Her scholarly work focuses on dental materials, ergonomics in dentistry and minimally invasive restorative techniques. She is an active member of national and international dental organizations and has received awards for teaching excellence and educational innovation.
