We provide “cradle to grave” management of chemicals, in accordance with requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration, as well as the Environmental Protection Agency Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
Chemical Safety also manages the ground and air shipping of hazardous materials and dangerous goods, in accordance with requirements of the Department of Transportation and the International Air Transport Association.
Additional services include:
- Responding to spills/releases on a 24-hour basis.
- Conducting internal regulatory compliance audits and maintaining databases to comply with the record keeping requirements mandated by the regulations.
- Monitoring reporting of “Chemicals of Interest,” according to Department of Homeland Security requirements.
- On-site chemical threshold planning quantities, related to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act.
