Resource Center

MMI's Resource Center is a place for families to find information, connect with providers, gain referrals to specialty services or just pause for a few moments.

Resources Offered

Our professionals include certified social workers, social work students, parent resource coordinators and language interpreters.

Connection to local community resources.
Connecting to MyChart.
Printing off reports.
Completing benefits applications.
Additional support services.

Location

Located to the left of the reception check-in desk and giant light board, next to the indoor playground.
The center has a high, curved counter and a digital screen displaying updated information on the back wall.

Open daily from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Monday

Tuesday:
- 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. (with Burmese and Karen Speaking Coverage)
Wednesday
- 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday
- 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. (with Spanish Speaking Coverage)

If you need to make an appointment to meet with a member of the care coordination team in the resource center outside of the scheduled times, schedule with staff at the concierge desk.
