Resource Center

MMI's Resource Center is a place for families to find information, connect with providers, gain referrals to specialty services or just pause for a few moments.

Our professionals include certified social workers, social work students, parent resource coordinators and language interpreters.

Location

Care Coordination desk and lobby

Located on the main floor, Care Coordination is to the left of the reception check-in desk.

Look for the high, curved counter and a digital screen displaying updated information on the back wall. Nearby are the elevators, a giant light board and an indoor playground.
