Enroll in a Program
Before enrolling, please know that Recreational Therapy services are not billable to insurance, and there are out-of-pocket costs for recreational therapy programs. However, scholarships are available for families needing financial assistance.

A Recreational Therapist will complete a brief phone intake with a parent/guardian to discuss the participant’s interests as well as any medical/behavioral needs we need to know.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide services to children or adults who require 1:1 behavioral support or exhibit aggressive behaviors including peer targeting, hitting, kicking and biting, as some of our participants are medically fragile and we do not have the staff to support these behaviors.
Forms and Registration
Recreational Therapy utilizes an electronic health record platform, CampDoc, to gather participant information prior to enrolling in a program. Our therapists will help you complete the forms in the CampDoc portal after your intake is completed.
Enrollment Options
You can enroll by email or by phone. To enroll by phone, please reach out to the appropriate staff member listed below.
To enroll via email, please provide the following information:
- Patient's full name and date of birth.
- The program(s) you are interested in enrolling in.
- Reason for enrollment.
- Accessibility accommodation requests.
- Your contact information (name, phone number and/or email address) and relation to the patient.
We will contact you within a few days to ask more information needed to schedule your intake and get your participant enrolled in programs.
